On the ola app I have opted for digital payment however the driver didn't share the ride and start the ride on the app but he dropped us on our location. After that we have paid to the driver number. But the app showing pending payment and showing us to pay that . We have tried to contact ola and submitted request many times no response. I need them to remove the pending on my ola account and I need compensation for this issue
