Royal oak India - Payment Issue

Hello,

I tried to purchase a bed from Royal Oak online website (https://www.royaloakindia.com/), the transaction was a EMI purchase but the payment failed multiple times.

I later received a mail from the bank saying that the loan was successful and I have been charging the monthly EMI, and upon contacting the bank they told me that the payment went through and I will have to contact Royal Oak and raise the issue.

I have reached out to them multiple times and have asked them for an update, however they are not responding the call center also doesn't seem to have an answer.

I am at a loss for the money and they do not seem to care, I even sent them a mail telling I will be filing a complaint, but they ignored that mail as well.
