Prasanna Mohan Jha filed complaint against Royal oak India on Aug 19, 2021
Due to technical glitches on Royal oak India site, an order was placed twice in the month of July. While Royal oak acknowledged the issue and delivered one quantity of the product, they have wilfully delayed the payment refund for last two months despite weekly promises (on calls and emails) made to us.
We have followed all due protocols before seeking legal help - and have all evidences (emails , call recordings, payment confirmation) to substantiate our claim.
Please note that we have finally sent an intimation today to Royal Oak India confirming that we are seeking legal help on this matter and that we will also seek compensation under consumer protection act for the mental harassment faced by us over the course of last two months.
