Royal oak India - Double cot planks are very delicate

Hi Voxya,
I bought a double cot from royal oak, Banaswadi branch on May **st. I have paid ***** Rs for the cot. They have delivered the cot with low quality planks. When anyone sits on the cot, the planks will shake and it will make sound. I have asked them to replace the planks, they have responded that for this kind of cots the planks will be delicate and they won't replace them. Please take action on them.
