Geetansh Rana filed complaint against Netplus Broad Band on Feb 11, 2021
• I made a payment of Rs.*** for the Account-********** online via debit card on * February ****. Amount got deducted from my account but i did not received any receipt of payment.
• App shows no update of payment made and did not provided receipt. Money has been deducted from my account but payment has not been completed.
• I have called customer care they are not registering complaint but asking me to write email. “This has now happened fourth time within a year. I am facing this problem again and again after few months.
• I have not received any update nor the matter is resolved.”Now i am receiving messages for making payment before due date” .It has been * days and my payment is not yet conformed. I am just receiving same message from their side “we are looking into the matter” from past couple of days.After * days i was given a ticket number now even that ticket is also not being addressed.
