I have placed an order ***********. For this I applied coupen SWIGGYIT**. After this I got discount of RS. ***. So I need to make a final payment after discount is RS. ***.
I opted through card payment and rec'd OTP also. Then suddenly ur page redirected me on payment option. I again entered card details and I got another OTP but for RS. ***.
Before even I can understand and also without entered OTP, payment done automatically.
I am a first time user.
My question is why my page redirected me to again payment option AND once I applied coupen then why it hasn't been applied on my order.
I want my RS. *** credited back. This first impression is not good for me. Your revert will decied whether I will use swiggy in future or not.
Please find attached screen shot of * OTP within fraction of time.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
