Sumit Singh filed complaint against Flipkart on Mar 28, 2021
I have paid **** rupees to Flipkart on * March **** for the order of * product . I made the payment through G Pay and the amount got transferred to Flipkart but Flipkart didn't place the order . I have contacted them many times in past ** days but they just keep on postponing the refund to ** hrs and so on . Now they say that the payment has not been received by them so they could not refund it nor they can place order . But the Google pay receipt and the bank details show that the payment has been successfully received by Flipkart. I also filed a charge back request with Bank and it said that payment was received my beneficiary account and they can't do anything. I did send bank statement, charge back response, rrn number but still they are not replying..

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
