I placed a food order through Zomato on * June **** and the payment gateway constantly failed. My account was deducted twice . Now comes the refund . . despite several emails and Zomato chat..the only reply after ** days I get is that your money never reached us and that contact your bank
Where as the bank says they do not have any credit on my account. Pls help to get my money refunded
