Pawan Maske filed complaint against Zomato on Jul 14, 2019
On *th July I was trying to pay for the order but the message displayed that payment failed please try another mode though money was deducted. So I tried paying through other mode and it was successful. But later on, I came to know that both orders got confirmed when the restaurant called to confirm the order so I had to cancel one as I ordered only one. But now according to Zomato cancellation policy, I will not get a refund. I contacted Zomato chat team they couldn't help me in this. Clearly, it was a technical error but Zomato team hasn't replied to my mail to help me out on this issue.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
