Hi Team,
Please be informed that I have made RS.*, *** payment on ** Jun **** for DTH+Fiber.
No response received for activation or Refund.
And I approached Airtel store, Pammal. No response received from staffs.
And also I have taken another DTH+Fiber and paid Rs *,*** on ** Jul **** from my another number **********.
Then I didn't receive any response from Store staff and also from installation team also.
Staff name - Latheef Ahamad, +** ***** *****. Staff I have made first payment. And he is not picking my calls for past * week.
I am very depressed on this issue happened and I have made payments twice also.
