Himanshi Srivastava filed complaint against Swiggy on Oct 31, 2018
I have order a pizza and choco lava cake worth of ₹*** via swiggy with payment done via netbanking. After waiting for long still the status of order was awaited. I called dominos regarding this so they informed that they haven't get the order. I talked to swiggy executive , she said that in your status it is not showing but your order wilp be delivered to you by dominos . I again called to dominos for confirmation but they still denied that they haven't get the order. After this incident swiggy helpline number always shows busy and they even don't revert. I want my payment refund. Do help
