Oyoroom - Payment done but didn t get booking ID

I am writing to request for my refund. I had tried to book a room in oyo townhouse *** munshipuliya lucknow through oyo app for which I had paid ₹ ****(paytm wallet). Due to some technical error my booking was cancelled and i hadn't received booking ID nor the app show any information regarding the same. I have tried to contact many to customers care but they didn't gave me any solution.

Oyoroom – Oyo has sold my Confirmed fully paid booking EUJA6092Closed
My Booking No EUJA**** was confirmed and fully advance paid. But when reached near hotel location and called to oyo customer care for location of hotel & received surprised answer from executive that hotel sold out....
