I had booked ticket through red bus from Nashik to Ahmedabad of falcon bus and the payment is also deducted from my account through Paytm UPI and the ticket was not comfired by red bus. The customer care representatives are not responding in proper Manner and are refundimg my amount.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
