At last from my pocket, payment has been deducted two times.i have filed a complaint against fnp to credit my second time payment for the same order. They refused to give and said only sorry for technical issues. I have refused to recieve the same cake on second time. Their delivery boy didn't agreed and gave second cake. Customer guy from FNP ,name YATIN KUMAR called and said just sorry for the issue, **** rs is not small amount ..i told him to call for Manager... He clearly said he can not give my call to his senior...
This is so embarrassed ...how can one trust on these online deliveries..its pain .. why should i take their mistakes on my pocket...
