Jai kishan filed complaint against Cinepolis on Mar 27, 2019
I went to watch a movie at the cineplex theatre in Celebration Mall on ** March. I did my payment through my paytm wallet and the sum of Rs *** is deducted from my wallet but the operator at booking counter is denying that he hasn't received the money. I called paytm on paytm helpline no. They said the payment is done from our side. Go check and share the information from the merchant. Then I went to Cinepolis (celebration mall) and asked them for details but they are still denying the payment. I have full proof of payment (email, passbook).

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
