Fynd.com - Payment deducted but not providing order status

Hi,

I ordered some products on fynd mobile app on Oct-** ****, i paid payment through paytm and amount was deducted but they are not providing any information regarding order status. I tried to contact fynd customer care through fynd chat and also i raised ticket for support but they are not responding to anything.

I have attached ticket information which i raised for you information and also attaching screenshot of my payment receipt.

Kindly do the needful.
