Fynd.com - No return policy or exchange policy

I’ve ordered a pair of shoes and the size wasn’t correct I just want to exchange it but there’s nothing policy like that in fynd app but how could he give a wrong size a shoes if there is not exchange or return policy how far is it fair ?
