Fynd.com - Money deducted bur order not placed

i was ordering some clothes from Fynd app, i selected the same and added to the cart and tried to place my order, app asked me to pay the money of Rs****, i paid the same via mobikwik but somehow my order didn't placed but money got deducted from my account. i have been following up since last ** days but yet i have not received my refund.
i have already raised query to them and they said your money will be refunded within * to ** days and now it's **th day.
request you to take some action against then and please help me in the same.
I am attaching my order id for your reference.
