I placed my order on Ajio today. They sent me payment request on GPay, which I paid and the money was debited. However, when I redirected to Ajio site, the items were there in my cart and it didn't show any confirmation of my order. I sent them a mail on customer id but again no reply from their side. This is such a fraud by Ajio. I can't even use the refund option on site as it does not show my order placed.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
