I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I encountered with my recent order. I successfully completed a payment of Rs *** through your app, but unfortunately, the order is not appearing in the "My Orders" section, and I did not receive my food order.
I am disappointed with the user experience, as the interface did not provide clarity on the order status after the payment. Therefore, I kindly request a refund of the amount at the earliest. Order Date: [Insert Date]
