Payment already paid to Auto driver but again payment deducted from wallet and after ** days still they working on it
I booked Rapido auto Ride Id: RD***************** on **-Jan-**** @ *:**pm from Hadapsar Pune to Chakan Pune
After reached at destination I paid case amount *** rs. to auto driver but when I booked next trip on **-Feb-**** that time again they demanding *** rs. Load in wallet so loaded *** rs. (TRXN ID: OMQOHTP) In wallet and suddenly my wallet deducted with *** Rs. (TRXN ID: **HQJUV) and same time I raised the complaint but after ** days still they harassing me for my payment they already confirmed with auto driver for case payment but every day they are telling me work in progress.
I request you please help me to get my *** Rs. And also I need harassment reimbursement from Rapido so they can resolve the customer issue on time.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
