I placed an order for Rs. **** and I had Rs** in the big basket wallet and used the voucher for debit card. When it came to the payment I have to either forgo my Rs. ** in the wallet or voucher... The payment process shows voucher used and wallet used but final payment shows more amount to be paid. When contacted they replied debit card voucher cannot be used because of the specified amount, even if the items are bought for specified amount they cheat us. Kindly help the consumer
