i am a bigbasket.com customer which is a grocery store. i am their prime member . i paid *** rs for prime membership . recently the company deactivated my bigbasket account without infroming me and without any reason . now i can't able to visit my bigbasket account . there is a order placed on my account of rs. ***.** which not delievered to me and now they deactivated my account . i tried to contacting with bigbasket customer care but they are not helping . what should i do ?
