Bigbasket com - Items Missing

On July *th, ****, I placed an order through Bigbasket worth ₹****. The following day, July *th, I received a notification and email informing me that one of the items was out of stock. As per the notification, the amount for the out-of-stock item was refunded to my BB wallet I confirm that the refund was successfully credited to my wallet.
Later on the same day, I sent my servant to collect the order as I was at work. Upon returning home, I discovered that a couple of items were missing from the order. Immediately, I raised a complaint through your in-app chat support, and Bigbasket kindly initiated a refund for the missing items, which was credited back into my BB wallet.
After this refund, my total BB wallet balance was ₹****. However, just a few hours later, I attempted to access the Bigbasket app, only to find that my account had been deactivated by the Bigbasket team for violating Bigbasket policy.
