For the past *-* days my broadband is not working. We called up Airtel Customer Care so many times and everytime I get the same response - "Our technician will visit your place and before coming he will call you" but nobody turns back. This is really pathetic from your end. I have spoken to several customer support people - Tanuja, Ritu, Abhijeet etc..and all are giving me false commitments.
Day before yesterday, I got a message stating - "Your services are restored" but still it is of now use as it is not working. Also, attach the screenshot of it for your reference.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
