This is in reference to my hubby’s airtel mobile number : xxxxxxxxxx which was recharged on */*/** for amount of Rs *** with international pack as my hubbys is in US now he wanted this pack. From recharge day till date he is getting only *G network which of no use to him. He had manually changed the network settings and also done all the possible changes to get an *G network but it was no use to him as he is getting the same *G network.
I had even called up the customer care team to confirm the same but even they had informed me to do the same changes which is already done and to reach the customer care it took me an hour pathetic services of Airtel. No one bothers to solve your query or even call back to confirm whether my concern is resolved or not. It’s my hard earned money of Rs *** which he couldn’t use it at all. I need my amount of Rs *** at the earliest why should I leave it as I haven’t used it at all.
Nobody will leave even a single pie if its not utilized. Kindly revert back on the same at the earliest or else I’ll take up this matter to all consumer forums.
