Pathetic Services and audacity to blame the customer.. sad state of Domino’s customer service.. yesterday I ordered from Domino’s coz my son wanted to eat something special and domino’s failed to deliver the promise and respect to the customer.. I ordered and the store canceled the order, not one but twice.. when I complained.. they said I will receive a call within ** Hr… the store manager called and behaved badly to me stating the order was cancelled because it was cash on delivery such a pathetic excuse and rather then apologising for their behaviour he stated shouting on call stating the store personnel called and I didn’t pickup the call… He kept on shouting to prove that I was wrong instead of apologising for the store mistakes.. depleting customer service has become a trend with Domino’s…
