Bought Lg refrigerator in **** . On **th May registered a complaint of refrigerator not working . An eng visits on **th May and declares compressor not working and claims that he has register the complaint and part will be available in few days .
Ans post **th May he never answered our calls ans after multiple follow ups with the customer care today an eng comes with a wring model compressor. This is a harassment. I have a small.kid at home and we have been struggling to manage to keep food fresh from last so many days !! My kid couldn't have milk or any other fruit because Keeping then without refrigerator is very difficult!!
In such a hot weather it's not feasible to manage . Since **th till date they have been giving wring commitments.
Pathetic after sales service from LG ..NEVER BUY LG PRODUCTS
