I have inquired about the services provided by the No Broker app, The support agent called me and provided me details of different premium plans which will help me to get a house in Mumbai on rent. I took Relax plan, as per that I should get ** leads and a dedicated RM will be given who will shortlist the properties as per my Requirement.
*) I end up doing my RM job alone, he did not shortlisted any properties for me, I have to wish list them. When I asked him to provide me more leads, He said not to see more leads as I will get confused. Then for what I have paid Rs ****?? He did not shortlisted the properties as per my location preference infact showing me properties which are **-** km away from my required location.
*) As a working profession I also have office hours and other work, I did told my RM that Im in urgent need to a flat on rent but without any notice he went on leaves. Neither RM thought of informing me nor the No Broker team thought of giving me the replacement.
*) App is pathetic, the call, text, chat option doesn't work at all
*)After calling the customer care number, I raised my complain . Team has changed my RM. Now my time is wasted money is wasted.
*) Escalated for refund, its been * days I'm getting call that I will receive an email with my refund status. But no such email found till *th April
I purchased the Relax plan on ** March ****, today is *th April. I have to reach out to the team, they are fooling so many people, charging amount for the services which they do not provide at all.
