Airtel - Pathetic service by Airtel ground team no connection from past 24 hours

I got new airtel connection installed on **nd July. Within ** days of installation, i lost connection for ** hours. After numerous calls, it was resolved. Again since **rd Aug, there is no internet connection at my home. I have written mail at ***@in.airtel.com, they haven't even replied yet. I have almost *** calls at different numbers (***********, **********, **********). Earlier they told me that the technician will visit in an hour but till now no one has visited the house. In fact, the manager, assigned technician have stopped picking my calls. These days when we are doing work from home, having internet matters a lot. The service & response by the team is pathetic. Will airtel increase my validity by number of days they have not provide connection.
