I'm a tenant of a property which is managed by Nobroker hence for me, Nobroker is the property owner. Nobroker team has assigned a property manager who is point of contact for me. Its been * months, I've shifted to *BHK flat but never had a satisfactory call/support from my manager. After *-* emails, I get a single response. As per the agreement, when I pay the rent at the start of the month I should receive the rent payment receipt as well but in reality I've to write to my property manager every month to get the rent receipt and for that I need to write many times with reminder but I don't get response at all. I've been victimized badly and I don't know whom to contact. Apart from this, I had lot of struggles in getting the *BHK flat ready (as it was a new one) and there are still many things not yet ready which they had promised. Even they failed to handover the keys on promised date and due to that I had lost my mental peace as I had to vacate the existing flat. So list is long but since I've moved in the flat now, I'm still struggling to get proper response/support from them
