Dear Concern,
I am your customer( Chip ID *** **** ****) from good ** years, despite my loyalty towards your network I have not been served by your cable operator named Karan who is taking care of our area. Neither your cable operator bothered to resolve the issue since *st July nor your Patiala Branch Head Mr. Jagdeep as I had escalated the issue to him too on **th July ****. Although I got false assurances from his side that the same will get resolved in a day or two but issue is yet to be resolved till time.
If these are your so called service standards then how could you survive in the market among other service providers like JIO/ Airtel/ Tata who are exceptionally well in providing services. It's a shere loss of business/ revenue as your cable operator didn't turned up for collecting payments too as he must be aware of the fact that for what services he should ask for payment which he didn't rendered from last one and half month.
Expecting resolution of my complaint.
