Fastway Cables - Channels of NDTV and Times Now withdrawn from the pack

I am having a Ultra *k cable connection with ***mbps wi fi connection with my VC no. ***********. I am paying Rs. *** per month for the above connection for the last one year. The connection was given with HD channels including NDTV and Times Now Both English and Hindi. About one month back NDTV channels were withdrawn and now Times Now channels have been withdrawn. This is against the principles of agreement at the time of giving connection. It is requested that the Fastway Cable may be directed to restore the above channels on my ultra *K connection.
