Amit Sharma filed complaint against Fastway Cables on Mar 30, 2021
This is to state that I am an residence of Amritsar near Kesar Da Dhabha and I have requested to One of your fastway cable operator M/s Ashapurni Cable to start * cable connections at my home for which I have paid **** rs cash for the * connections but due to non feasibility of operators in that particular area Mata Ashapurni Cable have refused to start my cable connections. So I humbly requested Ashapurni Cables to return my money but instead of giving money they have returned set top boxes which are very old and of no use.
So I request you to kindly help on this matter and I am sure that you will do justice and don't let me go to civil procedures.
Your early action will be appreciated.
