Complaint against Dr. Nitin Gupta and his assistant, Sameer, regarding the substandard care provided to the patient during their recent treatment at your hospital. The negligence exhibited by the medical staff has resulted in severe physical and emotional distress for the patient and their family.
Due to the gross negligence of Dr. Gupta and Sameer, m has suffered [list of injuries or complications]. These injuries have had a profound impact on their quality of life and have caused significant financial burden.
I am demanding a compensation of ** crore rupees to rectify the harm caused by the medical malpractice. This amount is intended to cover the cost of ongoing medical treatment, rehabilitation, lost wages, and emotional distress.
