Purchased the membership in Dec'** for about *** nights package including complimentary offers. For initial */* requests , service was provided . After that half the requests were not processed. Now whenever a request is made, it is rejected giving random reasons like blocked dates, non availability, locked out period, renegotiation with properties etc.
It has become a nightmare.
I want to cancel my membership and get a refund post deducting charges for service provided till now.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
