I am doing business through AMAZON seller central.Even though my product is delivered to the buyer Amazon has refunded order value to the buyer. When approached Amazon customer care they guided me to Apply for safety claim so that I get my money as per the order value which is ***** INR less Amazon referral fee. After I applied for claim they granted me only **** INR .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
