Elite Elevators - Partial equipment sold

When my wife visited the experience studio in Bengaluru, sales person Arjun showed her Xshaft and she clearly told him that we need Xshaft and he also confirmed that we will get Xshaft. Arjun/ Hitesh never explained us about the different types of shafts and never told us that we need to bear the cost of masonry shaft. All the while, Hitesh talked about Lift and never mentioned that the amount we are going to pay is just for cabin, motor, pulley and rope apart from other small accessories, we were under impression that we will get complete lift unit including shaft & cabin. After making **% of the payment, they are saying shaft need to be constructed at our own cost pay extra *- * lacs if I want them to provide. I have asked for refund as it is going beyond my budget, not sure they much they will deduct
