Elite Elevators has taken **% of the payment - *Lacs in Dec'** and it has been * months and they are not responding to calls and communications and no guidance on the next steps or timelines. It is a error by their Sales and Technical teams due to which the lift installation is not possible and we were not informed about it for * months despite taking * lacs and now they are not responding and making us run around.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
