We have bought elite elevator for our home for which ***% payment has been taken by elite . Lift costing Rs **.** lakhs has been delivered by company in our Absence in open area and no one came for installation of lift even after ** days of delivery . This is very frustrating and disappointing that elite makes false promises and as per Aravind who is dealing on behalf of elite has also stopped responding our calls and no update is being given . Aravind had told that installation will start from **th April but when date passed we called him but he did not respond . This is such unprofessional attitude . Kindly resolve our issue for immediate installation of lift . We are so disheartened that even after buying Such an expensive lift , we are facing problem . Our Greha Pravesh date has also passed which we had set for entering but lift is kept in open . Who will take responsibility of this damage ????
