I had ordered food from A*B through swiggy. I had paid through GPay. When I received the parcel half of the items were missing. I was trying to get help through chat and I have evidence as screenshot of what they promised to do and suddenly closed the conversation and guided me to talk to delivery guy. I spoke to him and then spoke to swiggy executive guy for almost ** minutes he made me wait as he could not resolve and after *:** minutes of time he says he can only replace the items which we said we do not want as it's too late and requested for a refund which they completely denied. This was frustrating as I we need to wait for the food and humiliating as he ( swiggy executive)was repeatedly saying the same thing and cut the call. I need swiggy to answer this and the justice for customer who pays GST and delivery money which becomes no use after all this suffering
