Madhan Kumar filed complaint against Samsung on Jan 2, 2023
I need your support in getting this issue resolved.
I have a request for repair for which the product was under warranty.
The Samsung deputed service vendor asked to share the details via WhatsApp like the screen Image, Video and even called up on video call to verify the issue.
Subsequently, with the details shared they informed that this was a screen issue and ordered the part and when the technician came to repair it, he didn't complete the work and said that the screen was broken.
I have escalated this with Samsung and till date, they are trying to evade me with no reasons and continuously calling the same reasons.
I have given all the details requested and they inspected and then ordered the parts as it was under warranty.
Now, I'm left with no option but to escalate this case. I have informed and keep on repeating that we have not damaged anything here but they are not listening to it. I have made many calls and follow ups over this case and only to reach this level.
May I please have a resolution to the complaint raised. Most importantly, they (Service Vendor) have sent a quotation and asked me to pay to complete the service as the screen was broken. I asked when there was a complaint open, how can they send a quotation as this is completely not in terms of what a service level has to be
