Company mentioned in subject line is a total group of fraud people. They operate from Gujrat. I ended up taking membership worth rupees **k against hotel booking to be given during next * years. Last time managed to take * nights in Shimla and that too after a fight of * year or so with *** of emails exchanges. These people are writing fake reviews on Google and manage to trap people. If asked for booking they have set number of excuses..like blackout days, no inventory, peak season etc., They will take weeks to reply and this putting customer in a situation where no planning can be done as one is not sure if booking will be done. I recently requested for Goa booking for * to * nights back in July and they told they will intimate in first week of August but still no reply yet..
