Sales executive promised me (Find attached). Some time your customer care executive told
me it's a ** day prosser for refund (Find attached).and now you're saying - Membership is non refundable as
mentioned in the welcome letter.
Please do not heartstrings me with this type of mail . And kindly process for refund my packet amount as soon as
possible
