I am writing to formally raise a complaint/dispute against Park Royal Holidays for the amount of Rs. **,***, raised on *th April ****. I want to outline the circumstances that led to this dispute, highlighting the significant misrepresentations and breaches of agreement by the company.

Pre-Purchase Interactions: Over an extended period, a Park Royal Holidays sales executive named Rahul persistently pursued me to purchase their holiday membership. Despite my initial reservations and inquiries about negative customer reviews, the sales representative consistently assured me of the company's customer-friendly approach and commitment to service delivery.

After extensive discussions, I ultimately agreed to purchase the policy based on specific, pre-agreed conditions:

Complimentary accommodation for * adults and * child
Resort tie-ups in Bandipur, specifically mentioning Country Club Resort and Windflower Resort
Immediate availability of complimentary accommodation upon membership purchase
Documentation and Misrepresentation: The sales representative provided assurances through official email communications, which I have attached as supporting evidence. These documents explicitly outline the membership benefits and agreed-upon terms, which were fundamental to my decision to purchase the membership.

Post-Purchase Experience: Immediately following the membership purchase, I attempted to book the complimentary holiday as previously discussed. Surprisingly, the company:

Refused to honor the agreed complimentary holiday for * adults and * child
Rejected my request to transfer unused holiday nights to my in-laws
Demonstrated complete disregard for the pre-purchase agreements
Recorded Telephone Conversation: During a subsequent interaction, which I recorded, the company representative:

Displayed indifference to my concerns

Indicated the payment was non-refundable, despite no services being rendered
