Parimatch india - Parimatch India Deposit not credited and withdrawal not received for over 4 months

I am filing this complaint against Parimatch India for failure to credit my deposit and failure to pay my withdrawal despite repeated follow-ups for over FOUR (*) months.

• Amount was debited from my bank account but never credited to my Parimatch wallet.

• Amount never received in my bank account.

I have contacted Parimatch support dozens of times via email and live chat. They repeatedly replied with generic messages such as “under investigation”, “payment team is checking”, and “please wait”, but provided:
• No refund
• No payment
• No proof of transfer or reversal
• No final decision
• No resolution timeline

This delay far exceeds all reasonable timelines and violates fair consumer service practices. The internal complaint process is fully exhausted.

I am seeking:
• Immediate refund of ₹*** deposit
• Immediate payment of ₹*,*** withdrawal
• Compensation for harassment and mental stress caused by prolonged delay and misleading assurances

I am attaching all evidence including bank statements, transaction screenshots, and full email communication history.
