Porter Courier Services - Parcel undelivered by Porter courier

I had sent a courier from Mumbai to Jaipur via porter on ** jun ****, while the shipment reached Jaipur on ** Jun ****, there has been no progress ever since.
I tried to escalate multiple times via email and calls but the only answer I received was we will get back in ** hours which also they did not.
Finally on ** jun i got a message that the delivery had failed . On calling they mentioned that the delivery would be reattempted on * Jul
Today, on * Jul, i received a message that the delivery could not be done as the receiver was busy . However I have received a confirmation from the recipient that the delivery was not attempted even once.
I am unsure whats going on but this is unacceptable. Also, their customer service is extremely poor and non responsive
