I had booked porter service On ** August **** in order to deliver a document (railway receipt) from Bangalore to Jaipur. The date of delivery given by porter was ** August **** but I have not received the item . The railway receipt was needed to collect the goods which i had sent to Jaipur using Indian railway parcel services . Since we have not received the document from porter , I am unable to collect my item from railways due to which I am facing loss in my business . I have tried contacting customer care of porter they said no such booking was made , I did not get any satisfactory answer.
