Hi, I have booked the parcel delivery service for company app name PORTER. The order was confirmed on * August **** and the pickup was done on * August ****. The estimated delivery date to destination was *-* August **** as I booked their premium service for fast delivery name SUPERFAST. The parcel was importance to reached on time as it was required for my other financial transaction to take place. Because of non-delivery my parcel I am suffering loss of approximately **K to **K. I want company to take full responsibility and compensate me . I have tried their all channel to resolve my issue ,but no resolution is provided. I have provided them option to let me know the hub address so I can collect form their but they are not sharing that. I am mentally, physically frustrated. Please help! No the customer support not responding to my call back request.
