I have returned one parcel on **th Jan but because of missing tag that got rejected on the same day. But Myntra app status is not updated yet and neither I got my parcel back nor I got my money. I have been calling on customer care number for last * days. Now, they also started avoiding my issues. I have no idea whom to contact now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
